Zambia President Hichilema kneeling before his bosses

Zambia President Hakainde Hichilema is going around to villages to thank them for entrusting him with the highest job in the land.

Not only is Hichilema thankful to the voters but also displayed humility by kneeling before the villagers.

Below is the picture of Chichilema on his knees, a gesture that is alien to most presidents.

The majority of Africa Presidents only go to villages during election campaign period.

Nothing resembling them will be seen again in the villages after winning or losing elections until the next election campaign period.
